Service TECH, Inc. was founded in 2003 as a collaborative effort to bridge the best Audio Visual “Client Experience” with a superior “Employee Experience.” Founder Chris Pearson had been in the Audio Visual industry for close to 10 years prior and noticed that most Audio Visual companies were plagued with a lack of focus on their most valuable assets, their own people. Over time those practices tended to drive away employees and create too many new faces for our clients. It became Mr. Pearson’s passion to understand why businesses spent more time on product information instead of learning their own clients and people. Clients can describe their requirements if you train your people to listen. It was that premise that inspired Service TECH to focus more on how a client will work, live, and play in their space. Understanding our clients “Activities” help us design superior AV systems that make sense and match ease of operation.
Now in present time our employees are equipped with the best tools and the best training available. We have taken a synergetic department approach so your client manager is not the same person as your designer, installer, service manager or programmer. Keeping the departments separate enables us to maximize quality and maintain client expectations. Today Service TECH is one of the pioneers in blending Usability, Serviceability and Aesthetics. We like to keep the gadget discussion to a minimum and focus on how to find the best solution for our client’s budget and space.
