Service TECH, Inc. was founded in 2003 as a collaborative effort to bridge the best Audio Visual “Client Experience” with a superior “Employee Experience.” Founder Chris Pearson had been in the Audio Visual industry for close to 10 years prior and noticed that most Audio Visual companies were plagued with a lack of focus on their most valuable assets, their own people. Over time those practices tended to drive away employees and create too many new faces for our clients. It became Mr. Pearson’s passion to understand why businesses spent more time on product information instead of learning their own clients and people.
